Customer Service Advisor vacancy:
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years’ Customer Service experience in a call center setting. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred. Your role will entail managing inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting, transferring calls, and liaising with creditors where necessary.

The Customer Service position offers a basic ranging from R8K – R10K depending on your level of experience. This is a full-time position: we don’t work on weekends or public holidays and tend to leave work early on Friday afternoons!
• Candidates must have their Matric/ Standard 10
• Candidates must have clear ITC and criminal records
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience within a renowned company
• Maths or maths literacy
• A finance qualification
• Friendly and compassionate personality with strong communication skills
• Good emotional intelligence
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office
• Excellent business writing skills
• Ability to provide excellent client management
• Analytical problem solving
